Issue in Pipe support

I found a weird bug today. In my piping model I added pipe supports of respective sizes . But when I change the size of the support in the properties menu it changes without showing any error like "cannot connect part" or something. Is it possible to correct this ?

Dear @dharunkumar.am ,

of course you can do this so only it has no sense!
The supports are dependent on the pipe diameter and the pipe diameter is changed also the support.

because this is the wrong way to work.
I am more convinced that the designers who work with Plant 3D learn how it works in a training course and thus this or similar cases do not occur at all, because if an error message should be output for every misbehavior of the user, working with Plant 3D would turn into an error message click away program for some users.

I believe validate should pick this up, and that's why we run validate on every line prior to isoing.

Then I wouldn't change the pipe support size there, I can't remember if I've ever changed the pipe support size like that, I just rely on the line diameter to determine that value.  In the python scripts for supports (custom or not) a lot of sizing cascades down from pipe diameter, so if you futz with that it's clearly not going to match what you've set in your catalog / spec for sizing for that line size.
