Isometric LDT setup

Hi all, 

Just looking for a bit of advice. We have setup LDT information for our isometric production, via the network. All is working for everyone on the project, except one person. When this person produces an Isometric he does not get any of the LDT information, which then prompts someone else to create the isometric for him. 

Any ideas why only one person in our department would not get the LDT information to produce?

Is the path to the LDT file the same on the problem machine as working machines?

I am wondering if they have a different drive letter mapped.

Thanks for the reply Dan, 

The users machine that isn't working paths to the same file and drives are the mapped correctly as per the rest of the team.

Any other suggestions?

Could they be using a different version of Plant (missing an update)?

thanks Dan, think that's the one, see attached images. The user which isn't getting LDT information is running SP1 addon, whereas the rest of are not.

Is it possible that the person does not have the same folder rights as the other people?

There was in issue with 2017 where the LDT did not work properly.  We went to 2018 when that was fixed.

I don't think that's a possibility as the LDT is located within the project file structure, which the affected user can access and read/write to the model and drawing file locations.....

I think the issue will be as above... the different versions of P3D run between users here, waiting on IT rolling out the updated version so all users are consistent.
