ISO BOM not displaying as length and quantity.

Good Morning Everyone,

Not a Plant 3D user myself, our resident Plant Guru is on holiday.

We upgraded from Plant 3D 2019 to 2024 in March this year. Since the upgrade the fixed length lined pipe appears in the BOM as one item with the total quantity, length not shown. Before the upgrade, the BOM would display each length of pipe as a separate entry with the correct quantity.

Is there a setting or something that will display the lined pipe as we are used to with each length of pipe given a separate entry?
