HOW to turn a balancing valve symbol in isometric drawing

Hello everyone, 
I have a question about turning the symbol of balancing valve in Autocad plant 3d for an isometric issue.
Can anybody know whether I should use the symbol with flip Y or X commaand to turn the symbol correctly?

i added the photo in my text. 
My problem is, if i turn valve in both side, it gives me the same direction. 
I want to turn the valve in other side.
