HOW TO GET PARAMETER LENGTH AS PIPE SHAPE DEFAULT WITH PYTHON?

Hi all,

Recently, I had created a wire mesh cable tray. Its operation is so good. However, I only change the length cable when I make it into "@Anonymous(Group"Support)" . Now I wanna make it similar pipe properties default that change flexible length pipe . I tried converting it to "@activate(Group"Support)" and it appear in the catalog. But when I add them to spec. I appeared with pipe shape default like the snapshot below:

2. I tried changing the name library import with insert name ''from varmain.pipesub.cpp_util import *" to try it that flexible length pipe as pipe default, but it not working and it has an error notify with cad command.

Someone has the experience, please tell for me.

@traiduong014969 it is not work for custom part, you need to mannuly fill the lenghth in the catalog.

Custom parts can not stretch like pipe length, you need to set length in catalog

there are functions that are not supported in P3D Python. One of them is the PIPE function.
Please contact Autodesk.
Only Autodesk has the power to activate this function in Python.
