How to connect a vlave under slope to a nozzle

Dear forum members

I am trying to connect a valve with slope to a nozzle on a tank but i get the error "the ports must be adjacent in order to connect"

I already modified the DefaultConnectorsConfig but without any luck

What do i need to alter for this to work?

The slope is 1:40 so not really that big

If this was of any help please kudo and/or Accept as Solution
Kind Regards

In these situations I move the valve out so nothing is connected to it and then grab one of the end grips and snap it back into the line. This will automatically align it to the pipe it is connecting to.

Placing a valve in a pipe is no issue at all

Placing it agains a tank nozzle is a different story

Oh I see. In that situation I would either have the valve square to the nozzle with the piping then having the fall away from the valve, or have a custom nozzle that has the fall built into it.

With a reasonable slope of 1:40 then I would go with the custom nozzle as that is what they would likely have to do when fabricating it.

Thanks for your advise

It seems better to also place the tank nozzle under the needed slope
