Grid lines in ortho view?

What is the easiest and most accurate way to get grid lines (coloumn construction lines) in the orthographic views?

I'm currently working with a larger piping project and need to make several views per floor elevation scale 1:50.

Is there easy way to make section lines as well?

OrthoGen (www.3ds.net) uses "grid models" (Plant Steel or dumb) attached to each drawing view to automatically generate grid labels on all drawings, plans and sections. Piping and equipment areauto dimensioned to the nearest grid.
