Failed to create 3d object data

I'm having a problem with an error that "Failed to create 3d object data for one component, when i try to copy them.  They also not coped What causes this and how can I fix it 

(only file in project is having this issue)

1) we can't delete nozzle 

2) some nozzle tag text is missing & felid is there without text 

3) equipment not copied even that same file also  

some of nozzle tag text is missing and field is there on dropdown

MY PROJECT ON SERVER (SQL EXPRESS EDITION) ALL RAEDY INSTALLED AND ISSUE ONLY SOME OF FILES NOT PROJECT I WAS FACING MULTIPLE ISSUES PLEASE CHECK SNAPS    

WHILE EQUIPMENT MODIFYING FACING THIS ERROR MOST OF THE EQUIPMENTS

EQUPEMET CREATED & AFTER SOME OF DAYS LOST NOZZLE TAG OR MISSING SHOWING BLANK ENTITIES IN POPUP.

IN SOME OF EQUIPMENTS EDIT PENCIL NOT WORKS

WHY EDIT PENCIL COLOR SHOWING DIFERENT SOMETIMES WHITE SOMETIMES PURPULE??

On the first error, it's clear that you're trying to put a tag (N-4) that is already existing. It should be different.
If you haven't assign that tag, audit the drawing/project.

About the purple icon, I have no idea what is that. Maybe other members of the forum knows that but I think that's just visual bug (not sure).

As for the piping error, you directly opened the drawing from the root folder, not from the project manager.
You should open project drawing through project manager.

1) my project file we never open directly we are taken proper way from project path tray  

2) as per your suggestion i wll audit my project daily basis before creating backup

3) about pencil purple color means i think its database error?

4) why equipment is not copy from same file & nozzle tag missing on going work

2 things I would like to have clarified:

Are you using Microsoft SQL Express?
The data storage limit for Microsoft SQL Express is 10GB for all project data and log files.

Is the shadow copy activated on your data server?
Shadow copies on Plant 3D projects with SQL Server and SQL server Express do not work well!

I can't help you solve your problem because I can't reproduce this problem in Plant 3D.
