Eccentric Reducer Offset callout

Hi All,

I currently using Plant 3D 2024.1.1 (update).

We just noticed that some of the Eccentric Reducer Offset annotation are wrong when the reducer it is modeled on N/S orientation, while the E/W orientation is correct. See attached screen shots below with the same line but the other line was rotated 90deg for testing. 

I tested the same the same line on Plant 3D 2023, all annotations are correct regardless of the eccentric reducers orientation.

I am not sure if this is a bug. Anyone experience this same problem?

problem is known and reported to Autodesk Support

I am running into the exact same problem. Is there any type of fix to this problem?

the problem is still present in P3D 2025.1, please create a support case with Autodesk.

Edit:

This problem only occurs from version P3D 2024 onwards. Everything is correct from P3D 2020-2023.

How are you doing?  How did you get the eccentric reducer show in the 12 degrees orientation?  I set it to 30 degrees, but the ISO cannot run as yours.  Please show me how please.  Thanks.

Eccentric reducers may only be used in horizontal pipes without any slope or incline, and not in vertical pipelines.
