i dont know, why this is happening. The civil drawing was done in Inches and whenever I add a pipe, the dimensions of the pipe somehow enlarges and shows such result... the pipe in the drawing is only 100mm

You can use the command DDUNITS to check if all your drawings are correct.
All drawings must have the same units.

I HAVE FOUND A SOLUTION, BUT I DONT LIKE IT. i use the command "dwgunits"
to convert all the INCH to MM. i will look into your solution and then let
you know what happens.

the problem I am facing right now, is that whenever i copy an equipment from another drawing, it automatically scales itself up and another one is the screenshot itself. whenever i measure my distances, the measurements are fine. lets say the height of 1st floor is 20 feet. its shows just that. and then when I try to draw a pipe, the pipe(100mm dia) itself becomes bigger than the room
