Different ISO representations for flanges on the same spool

Hi everyone, I'm having this problem and I don't know how to solve it.

As you can see in the image (red circles), the flanges are located on different planes.
How can I solve this?

Unfortunately, not at all; the orientation of the ISO symbols is generated automatically and cannot be controlled.
This method of representation has existed since Alias ​​developed the IsoGen module in 1989.
