What is the different between AutoCAD and AutoCAD 3D Plant.  Currently I have both AutoCAD and AutoCAD 3D installed on my computer.  Can AutoCAD 3D Plant does everything that AutoCAD does?  Thank you

Plant3D is a product from Autodesk that does P&ID Drawings, 3D Piping (with basic Equipment and Structural modelling) for the Piping Industry. You would use it for Oil and Gas, Water and Wastewater, Food and Bev, and Pharmaceutial projects to name a few. If you have a look at my YouTube channel below you'll see some video's on what it does, and you can look at the features on the Autodesk website

Yes you can use it the same way between both. Changing the workspace will give the correct ribbons for plain drafting and annotation. The only difference with Plant 3D is it will be in a project setting than just a basic AutoCAD format.
