Delivering Autodesk Plant 3d models towards Bently Autoplant... converting

Hi there,

I Eric Declemy, work for a piping engineering and construction company.

We work with Autodesk plant 3d for over 7 years now.

At the moment we have a client who wants the "plant3d" models to be delivered in a format for Bently Autoplant.

Is there a way, or method, or a software solution to meet the clients demands?

Please advice....

a intelegente Conversion is not possible from Plant 3D to Bentley AutoPLANT.
you can your Plant 3D model in AutoCAD export after Bentley AutoPLANT can import these DWG. There are then only 3D objects without information.

About as close as you are going to get is to export PCF and then import the PCF into AutoPLANT, followed by a fair amount of clean up.  Open Plant is a little more "open" in terms of data exchange but the data still needs translation and the resulting model still needs clean up.
