Custom pipe support

Actually, I'm doing a custom pipe support catalog/spec but i have doubts about how to assign the connection port for this kind of supports (image attached).

There is a way that for the same support i can connect a pipe at the middle of the support (Red circle) and one pipe at the end of support (Blue circle) for diferent nominal sizes. If i can, how i have to assign the port? Im a bit confused modeling this kind of support because its a bit different respect to support that are on the pipes.Custom SupportCustom Support

So basically i only can connect 1 pipe. I would like know what is the typical solution to model support like this? What is used in other companies?

I have one idea that is define the same support for different sizes with the port connection over the blue circle and the pipe who is connected to the support use it like the "main pipe" and the pipes around the main support positioning them mounted over the support that is associated to the "main pipe", is it valid?

We create these with Python. There are also some already-built supports on the Autodesk app store. You will only be able to connect these to one piping component. Some folks use Iso Messages to mark point of support for any additional components contacting the support.
