Creating Smart Equipment

I am trying to add information to my blocks for a BIM job I am working on.  The requirement is adding attributes to the existing block, examples are Manufacturer,Model Number, Vendor, Purchase Price, Serial Number, Install Date, Warranty Date. ETC. 

I created a peice of equipment from the autocad block and it did allow me to tag it, and give it a manufacturer but there is no where that I see where I can add additional fields.  Can someone help explain this?

Project setup. The properties are configured under class settings.

This was perfect. Is there anyway that you know of to include hyperlinks in the properties of the equipment?

No good way. If you use our datalinks plugin, it converts text properties with (http://, file://, ftp://) to Navisworks hyperlinks so they are clickable. https://apps.autodesk.com/ACD/en/Detail/Index?id=1735878922346646719&appLang=en&os=Win32_64
