Copying XML file

I created the new project  'Y'  ,when creating the project 'Y', I copied the XML file  from  project ‘ X ‘ .

After creating the Project 'Y' , I added a new block ( new valve ) in the project X .

But  this new block created in Project  'X' is not accessible when working in  project 'Y' .

Pls guide me regarding this.

Simply put, not covered in your Plant 3D training?
If you want to transfer configurations from project X to project Y, you should select the Projekt.xml from project X when creating project Y in the dialog or use the project compare from Plant 3D 2022.

Everything else does not work and certainly not just copy the Projekt.xml!
