convert to P&ID object

Hello Dear Community,

I have noticed an interesting thing in the 'Convert to P&ID object' command.

There are 16 equipment classes in project setup.

But when I use the 'Convert to P&ID object' command I can see only 10 equipment classes in the dialog box. convert to P&ID objectconvert to P&ID object

If I add a new class it will not appear in the 'Convert to P&ID object' dialog box.

Is there a way to fix it?

Thank you.

Best Regards,

Only classes with symbols defined will display. PnID sets property, layer and line type information based on the symbol, so one must be present for that class.

David,

I've created a custom class and added symbols to it via project setup. The custom class is still not displaying as an option within the "Convert to PID Object" dialog box. Any suggestions?
