Compass not centered

Has anyone had their compass show up NOT centered on the component that they're working on? I've attached a pic for reference. This makes it vary hard to route pipe and I'm not sure how it happened...

I have this problem too last time. 

The solution to my problem is to set my horizontal and vertical offset to 0. Then the compass will be centered.

Thanks Sharonleong8985! That was it! The guy that was having the problem swears he doesn't know how it got changed but it was. I set both to 0 and all is good. Thanks again...
