Changing Valve Positions (Specifically Hand Lever)

Hello,

Might be an easy fix but after alot of searching in P3D and on the forum I can't find anything so I have to think this could also be useful for someone else. How do you change the valve orientation from Normally Open to Normally Closed when modeling. Under Properties>General there is a box that says "Normally" but typing in it does nothing. This should really be a drop down menu that selects Open or Closed.. Or on the actual valve since there are already multiple parameters that can be changed after the valve has been placed. This applies specifically to hand levers in my case.

Thanks in advance!

-Kyle

This feature is not yet integrated into Autodesk AutoCAD Plant 3D 2016.

Currently an entry to normally open and normaly cloused is created only in the DB.
Please create a new post on the Plant3D / P&ID Idea Station.

By chance, did you figured out that status (open/close) valve in plant 3D model please?
