Cannot find Equipment in Plant 3D

How do I add equipment to my Plant 3D? I have seen multiple videos stating that the equipment option is on the home ribbon but my home menu does not have an equipment option. I will appreciate it if anyone can help me. See attached image of how my home menu looks. Thanks

Switch your workspace from standard 2D AutoCAD to 3D piping.
User training for Plant 3D and AutoCAD 3D is highly recommended.

Workspace only gives me 3 options

3D Basics

3D Modeling

I clicked on each one and still no equipment option.

Then you don't work with Plant 3D but with AutoCAD.
These work areas are available in Plant 3D by default

Looks like you are running Plant3D "as autoCAD", you need to start the program in one of the other P3D profiles provided when you installed the program (or did you opt out of those options?).
