Can't find symbol for specified part error.

It seems many people have asked this but I do not understand the solution.  I have created a spec on a server that all projects spec sheet path is directed to.  I created 3 block and bleed valves from custom parts.  The first project I did, all 3 worked fine.  Another employee has started a project using the same spec sheet path and only 1 of the 3 work for him.  I created a new test project and 2 of the 3 work for me on this one.  He has also created a test project and 0 of the 3 work.

Why does one project all 3 work, another 2 of the 3, another 1 of the 3, and yet another 0 of the 3 work.  Every time it gives the same error. "Can't find symbol for specified part error."  How do I fix this in the catalog/spec so every project will work correctly from now on?  Thanks.

@Anonymous ,

It's all about the location of the shared content folder. Please use server path in order to maintain unique catalog support folders(Useful if you use custom components). Or else you need to transfer your catalog support folder to other people. Please refer the below links
