Cadworx piping not showing in plant3d

When I open a Cadworx piping model in Plant 3d, the pipe does not show.  I don't need to modify it, I just need it to show as a reference.

You'll need to install the appropriate CadWorx object enabler for the version of AutoCAD you are running.

I thought so, but they don't have one out for 2023.
