Bolt Length with Flange-Flange & Flange -Butterfly Valve-Flange is same in iso

Hi Everyone,

Bolt Length is same with Flange-Flange &Flange-Butterfly Valve-Flange connection in isometric drawing.

The Valve is wafer type.

With Flange-Butterfly Valve-Flange connection , using four bolt for  2" nominal size and it's correct.
The  problem is , not add valve length  and it is being same length with Flange -Flange connection as you see below.

What's the matter and how to solve this problem?

Thank you in advance for your help.

The 'Flange thickness' property of the BF valve informs the length calculation. It should be equal to the valve length. What is yours set to?

Hi @lokman.aktas,

As the issue only occurs on your machine, you should check that the service pack levels are identical to you colleagues machine.

Also try clearing the local data cache and perhaps consider resetting Plant 3D to defaults.

Thanks,

Dan
