AutoCAD Plant 3D showing random lines in the ortho view.

The two random lines (parallel black and red lines) appear at the bottom of the viewport in the ortho drawing, not sure why this is happening.

P.S.: I have used custom parts imported into the spec editor for the project.

Apologies if I have not given a detailed enough question, I am learning the software.
