Adding attributes to a title block

Hello.

I saw an older post that referenced a link that showed adding and mapping attributes to a title block in the 2013 version of Plant 3D shown below. Is this still available in Plant 2022? And if so, what is the command that I would type in the command line to bring both of this up? Thanks in advance.

Thanks...I checked out this link and the command listed "plantisotbattributesetup", can this only be used in ISO drawings? If yes, than this will not help me because I'm working in a title block for 3D and P&ID drawings. Is something like this available for these type of drawings?

You don't use a Title Block for 3D. You mean Ortho's?

For PID's you can put in Drawing Properties into the Title Block to populate the information

You can enter this option "only" from within the project setup. 

Go to the Project Setup -> Isometric DWG Settings -> Title Block and Display -> Setup Title Block ...

Here you'll edit the template you use for the chosen iso style (in the screenshot that's the out of the box Check_A2)

In that environment you'll be able to setup the title block attributes, if you click that (or type the command) you'll enter the regular AutoCAD Block Editor environment with the additional screen to setup Plant 3D attributes.

For P&ID drawings you can set up regular AutoCAD fields with those fields you can also refer to Project and Drawing attributes that you setup in the Project Setup. You will not be able to map attributes to P&ID Class item attributes. But you could add those manually as labels by dragging them from the data manager to your drawing.

Actually, I'm using our own company title block for our P&ID and 3D drawings (not orthos yet), which is why I was asking about this. Appreciate the response.

i could find any attributes can be added to ORTHO drawings 

as we do in ISO drwaing from (title block attributes) and we can map some defined attributes in the drawing block

any one found how to do the same for ORTHO drawings ?>?

ortho drawings are generally not limited to single pipeline numbers so it is not setup to allow data linked to the pipelinegroup to be mapped to attributes. 

You can still use fields that refer to drawing or project properties

well actually i understand its not related to a single pipelne , so thats why we cant use attributes on pipelines

but for example if i want to have attributes for signatures , checkers versioning , dates stuff like that 

where i can add more attributes and attach them to ORTHO drawings , also i found in propject setting drawing properties and i added some attributes but couldnt find away to attach them inside the ORTHO drawing to be generated each time we issue ORTHO , check attached

If you go into the title block definition, you can still make regular autocad attributes and not map them to any plant property. That way you can fill them in manually after the iso has been generated (for example select the title block of your iso drawing and fill in the missing values through the properties palette)

However if you wish for the attributes to be completed automatically, then that data has to be stored and be available somewhere where AutoCAD (Plant) can relate it to your specific iso. Then you can use attribute mapping (as before) or a field to find and retrieve that data.

You could set up an LDT. In essence it is an excel file with your line numbers in one column and other information in another column you can map the other colums to attributes based on the linenumber used when generating the iso. When generating a production iso based of a line number whatever you had filled in in the excel at the time will be used to fill in the attributes.
