Adding a 3d Symbol to my Tool Palettes?

I would like to add a symbol of the created valve here. I have seen the steps before but I can't seem to find it.

If its from the Dynamic Spec Palette, they'll generate automatically from the items in the spec.

I thought so, but for some reason, the part is not showing up. I can select it once I select a valve from the options and it changes it. But I can find it in the tool pallet.
