2022 Plant 3D LDT Mapping

Yesterday (11/13/24) I had the LDT Mapping working correctly. Then something happened and I do not know what it is. But now it cannot sync the Excel Spreadsheet. I have tried exporting out from the Data Manager but no matter where I try to save the file it keeps telling me "File Exists" and it will not export the file. I have tried with existing Projects and have Created new Project using all default settings and I keep getting the same errors. Can anyone help me?

That doesn't make sense, no matter where you save the file it says "File Exists"?

that is correct. It seems that something is corrupt. I just tried to save my model and got the same error.

Hello @jcaldwellDS6YF

Try to empty the Plant 3D cache by running "PnPLocalDataCachePurger.exe", file located in the folder "C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCAD 202x\PLNT3D

== French ==

Essayez de videz la mémoire cache de Plant 3D en lançant "PnPLocalDataCachePurger.exe", fichier placé dans le dossier "C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCAD 202x\PLNT3D

I have uninstalled 2022 Plant 3D and Reinstalled it and i am getting the same issues. I cannot add any drawings to any project. I cannot create any new Drawings for any Projects. I cannot export from Data Manager to excel files. I am trying to map Attributes using the LDT Table but something happened on Wednesday and I do not know what. I have tried all i can think of. I just keep getting the following error:

At this point, I am at a loss.

@jcaldwellDS6YF ,

are you using an *.xls or *.xlsx as the LDT file?

I found an answer to this from another Thread. They had mentioned to clear out the Temp Folder. After doing that all is well with the syncing of the Line Designation Table. Now the issue is, it is now reading information from the column after it is supposed to. I am working thru that now. If you have had this issue please let me know if youhad a fix.

Usually this error comes from a corrupted installation or windows profile:
