Won't open CAD File

I put this on my phone and my tablet. File opens fine on my phone, but I try to open the same file on my tablet it won't open. File is 18MB. The error message says it can only open files 10MB and smaller. My tablet is a brand new Surface Go 256GB SSD with 8G ram. I don't get it.

You are posting in a forum about a webbrowser based application that does not have a phone or tablet app: is that what you are really using?

Also, 10MB is a free account limitation: if you want more, you have to buy a subscription.

I will pass this issue on to the team. In the meantime, you should be able to use AutoCAD web app (web.autocad.com) to open these files on your tablet.

I tried the link. It just loads forever and never opens. I let it load for
over 10 minutes and nothing. I have 2 seats I pay for, my account says these
are all included, but their not working on my Surface Go, but the app works
on my cell phone perfectly.

Is your cell phone Win10 as well? I suspect not, you can't compare variants on different OS platforms, they all work differently.

This works for me in Win10, if it does not for you after restarting your SurfaceGo you probably have a firewall setting preventing access https://web.autocad.com/acad/me

I figured it out. Auto CAD web app doesn't work with internet explorer
Edge. I down loaded Chrome and it works fine. Its awkward and limited but it
seems to work as intended.
