Is it possible to draw a line from 0, 0 to 2 in Long at 20°? How is that achieved? Thank you.

That's never been how you draw at an angle: been away for a while from desktop AutoCAD by chance?

In WEB it is different: again, you have to watch the screen and commandline, the program is reminding you of what to do.
Start LINE command
enter 0,0 for absolute 0,0 location
then notice as you drag your cursor in the direction you want that an angle is displayed with the word TAB in a box next to it?
Tap the TAB key once on your keyboard to enter the angle you want, in this case 20,
then TAB key once again to enter your distance, in this case 2.
Yep, you need to practice. And you need to watch your screen for command prompts.
You could also set POLAR to 10 (if you plan on always drawing at angles in 10 multiples) to skip the multi-tap options too: do you know how to use POLAR? It's like ORTHO but it lets you set the angle instead of just the default of 90 degrees.
