Processing failed

Hi,

I upload the 3d model on Autodesk Viewer. the first day, I can open the file and shared with my colleagues, my colleagues also can open the file for the first day. but the second day, when I open the file and it said: "The processing operation timed out. Please try again", but the file still have 29 days to go. But when I retry to re-generate the same file and upload again, it works.
