There is no 2020version of DWG, AutoCAD 2018-19-20-21 all create 2018DWG file formats.

Is your file perhaps corrupt or not in a folder the WebApp can access easily? Post it over here for all of us to try.

Can you provide a little detail about the file you were trying to open and where you were opening from?
Also, it's helpful if you can shared the DWG file with us.

Is the issue still present on your side? As @pendean and @acadhelp1 mentioned it might be connected to the file you uploaded - maybe it is corrupt.

If you are not able to share the file, please let us know. You could also check if you get the same behavior with an empty file. If it does not appear with an empty file, the it is most probably drawing related. In this case I would recommend steps to clean the drawing: How to repair corrupt AutoCAD files
