No "Manage Support Files..." entry in homepage?

AutoCAD Web fails to display unicode characters, so I try to upload font according to:
https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Uploading-SHX-font...

And then I found that "Manage Support Files..." doesn't exist in my homepage?
Is the help doc deprecated or is it unavailable in trial?

Did you follow the exact instructions @myocytebd 

it starts here and says to:

1. Create a MTEXT in AutoCAD Web App

2. Select the Font Style drop down arrow and click "Add Fonts"

3. Click "Upload Files" and upload the TTF/SHX font files in the Manage Support Files Window

It works fine here for me following those exact instructions.
