Experiencing severe mouse lag

How can I improve the lag my mouse is experiencing. It is very difficult to draw something when your mouse is lagging behind. I have a Dell mobile workstation, Win10, 64Gigs Ram. It's not a system issue. I use Chrome and it's updated. When I was using AutoCAD 2022 or any other AutoDesk products I had zero problems. I had a drawing created in 2021. I tried resizing a rectangle only to have it end up crooked.

I see no issues this morning (Monday Dec 4) here in North America with my own files using a Gig Internet service.
