Custom Linetypes Not Displaying

Hello. I have a drawing in ACC that isn't plotting correctly when using the sheet set for the web. I think the issue is that it's using AutoCAD for the Web as the engine for plotting. When I open that drawing in AutoCAD for the Web, the linetypes do not display correctly. I saw a knowledge base article that says to hit the linetype pulldown and at the bottom of the list, there should be an option to upload linetypes but that option isn't there. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Does your custom linetype(s) use a custom font or custom shape file for those, well, shapes? Most do, and that/those also need to be uploaded too.

@pendean That makes sense but how do I upload them? The option doesn't exist under the linetype pull down like I expected. HERE is the article I'm referencing.

The article you are looking at is only about linetype code files.

As I noted on my reply, you need to upload the required/needed fonts or shape files.  Fonts and Shapefiles go where the fonts need to go (see HELP on the topic) or where your DWG resides if all else fails.

https://help.autodesk.com/view/ACADWEB/ENU/?guid=AutoCAD_Web_Help_File_Management_Upload_fonts_html

In AutocAD, and AutocADWEB, each support file type has a very specific place.
