Cannot Connect to Dropbox

I want to add a link to drawings in my Dropbox account to AutoCAD-360.  Somehow, the "Connect to Dropbox (via DropDav)" screen keeps giving me an error message saying "Could not connect, check your login password and try again."  Of course I have entered the correct user name and password with the proper upper case and lower case and all these.  I tried many times, none work.  I asked my co-worker to try using my account, he got the same error.
On the other hand, the existing link to BOX still works -- at least I can view the drawings (although I cannot edit the drawings in BOX any more because of the recent change in AutoCAD-360).
By the way, I am using the Windows web version of AutoCAD-360, not the Mobile version.

Hi, Have you tried connecting to your Dropbox account via AutoCAD 360 mobile app? AutoCAD 360 web app, supports connecting only to DropDav service (which is not a 'regular' Dropbox account). Thanks,

Thanks for letting me know that I need DropDAV in order to get access to drawings in DropBox.  I thought DropDAV came with DropBox.  Now I know what to do.
