It would be nice if AutoCAD mobile app could have blue tooth connectivity to Bosch laser measurers (not just Leica), while you're at it how - about AR aware objects like windows and doors (much less expensive apps already have these)! Enable users with Lidar on their Ipads to actually use AutoCAD again.
The idea has been here since 2018. It’s like this has been ignored. You can easily find the Bosch app kit and implement it in your AutoCAD app. Magicplan, ArcSite , and other apps already have this support but not the Autocad app ?
May other mobile CAD programs support this, either Leica or Bosch laser measures. I switched to Arcsite because it supported this which is needed in the field while surveying! I’d switch back if Autodesk would get their shot together! BTW I’m prettybsure they stopped looking at user requests a few years back.
