Autcad 360 workability with A360 Team

I know currently AutoCAD 360 only works with A360 Drive.  I am surprised it does not have the ability to access the A360 Team Cloud. 

This program would be perfect for the engineer to communicate ideas and layouts with the plant or floor manager, as the manager could modify the drawing to show where there are conflicts caused by other equipment or accessways, that were not relayed to the engineer/engineering team with the basic site plan (without the need of a full CAD software package).  They would also be able to show where they feel the equipment would be better located on the revised file, instead of printing out a hard copy, pencil in the changes, and hope all the markings scan in a readable way before being e-mailed to the team members.  If it had access to the Team Cloud than the files could be kept with the other files concerning a project instead of being spread across multiple clouds.

Is BIM 360 Team better than BIM 360 Docs. I guess it is . .If so then why is 360 Docs subscription expensive than 360 Team.
