Hello @Anonymous

Welcome to the AutoCAD mobile forum

Do the steps mentioned in topic "Upgrade fail" help you to solve your issue?

Option 1 (delete cache and other files of the app)

1. Log out of the app<<<<IMPORTANT
2. Un-install the app <<<<IMPORTANT
3. Delete the cache and other files of the apps if your mobile OS has that feature (do it via file manager)

4. Restart your phone/tablet <<<IMPORTANT
5. Re install the app
6. Log back in with your app-store login info only unless you know for a fact another log-in is accurate (rare).

Option 2 (different Email adress)

Simply you can do this, download the free mobile app in your mobile or PC. And after it sign  your same ID of Autodesk in AutoCAD. You will be automatically upgrade to the premium version of the App.

If yes - please share which option worked and click on the button "Mark as Solution". Thus also other users can benefit from the information. In case you still need help please feel free to provide an update here so we as Community know how we can help you best moving forward.

Best regards,

Thomas
