Problems with Dimensions

I can't seem to get my Aligned Dimensions to work right.  I don't know what I'm doing wrong and can't find any help.  I've watched the YouTube tutorial but the display in the tutorial is different than the options I have available.

When I click on 'Aligned Dimension,' I pick my start and end points.  When it pulls out the Dimension, it is showing a Decimal number instead of the Architectural measurement.  My settings are appropriately set on Architectural.  The measurement tools all reflect architectural measurements but the Aligned Dimension does not.  What is causing this and how do I change it?

When I click on the Aligned Dimension and go to Properties, I see there is a Misc section where Dim Style says 'Decimal_3.' This is obviously the source of my problem, but I cannot find anywhere in the app that allows me to change it to something else. Where and how is Dim Style changed?

Its grayed out, isn't it? grayed-out means you never get a choice when you see it. Nope, there is no other method to do it.

I'm sure you are probably right but I find this to be a really bad user experience and product decision on behalf of Autodesk. What's the point of making a mobile version that allows you to create project properties in Architectural mode but NOT allow dimensions in that project to match your architectural units? I could understand if this was freeware but I PAID for this application. Useless. If this isn't corrected, I won't renew my license. Autodesk can consider my recurring revenue lost. Disappointed.

You are preaching to the choir my friend: I am an end user just like you.

Visit your device's app store for other CAD software offerings that meet your requirements if you find this $5/mo app does not meet your expectations.

I did find that there are example dwgs with appropriate dimensions in architectural units but I can’t figure out how to copy them or that style into my dwg. Autodesk obv has a lot to work out in this app.
