Login issue on iPad and Web versions

Hi, I am having problems logging into the AutoCAD mobile app and web page. I start the sign in and then after I input my email address the screen goes blank.

Any suggestions?

I logged in just fine here in the Chrome Browser https://web.autocad.com/#/filemanager.html

If you are using Chrome, consider using the CLEAR BROWSING DATA/CACHE option then restart the browser and test again.

Hi,

After trying a few times I managed to get into the AutoCAD mobile app, but the Chrome didn't nor did Window Internet Explorer. I try again this morning and it didn't work either so I clear the browsing data/cache and things are all working again. Thanks
