I am unable to download the AutoCAD 360 PRO APP which I subscribed to

Based on my chat with Autodesk Support team members Dayana M and Kiyomi, and a subsequent telephone conversation and TeamViewer session with Kaele, I understood that Autodesk was researching the reason that AutoCAD 360 Pro cannot be installed from the Download link from the Management Screen for my account.  I understood that I should expect an e-mail from their team. No e-mail arrived.  The Help screens link to unfound URLs. The e-mail receipt for my chat session indicated I could reply to that message to update my help request; however, my update in a reply message was returrned as being undelivered.

 

The enhanced features of AutoCAD Pro seem to be misrepresented; or is there a real technical basis behind the download snag?

That's an odd method of software install.

What works for us normal average "regular" customers/purchasers of Autocad360Pro subscriptions:

 

  • On the iPad/iPhone go to the Apple App store and get the software, it installs real easily. These work for me (iPad an iPhone, iOS10).
  • On the Android smart Phone/Pad, go to the Android App store and do the same. This works for out office (Samsung 10)
  • On Windows10 devices, do to the Microsoft App Store and get the software, it installs real easy. This works for me, my personal Lenovo 2-in-1 Win10Pro laptop.
  • For all three methods above, logging into the app (after it installs) with the email address that purchased the Pro license will turn on Pro features.

If you are under the impression there is a magical newer variant of the software somewhere other than the App stores on the specific devices then someone lied to you or your assumptions are invalid and not based on facts.

Note: these forums are predominantly viewed and accessed by paying customers like you and me. If you want to talk to the develper team directly you need to ask them for an email address and a phone number to call back.

Have you tried to search for the app on the App Store, and download it from there?

I am unable to use the features that are offered when I upgraded from basic to the monthly plan. Who do I need to contact to fix it?

What OS are you using? What device?
Are you logged in with the same email address that made the purchase?

The Autodesk conundrum was too much of a distraction, I've abandoned that
project.
