Based on my chat with Autodesk Support team members Dayana M and Kiyomi, and a subsequent telephone conversation and TeamViewer session with Kaele, I understood that Autodesk was researching the reason that AutoCAD 360 Pro cannot be installed from the Download link from the Management Screen for my account. I understood that I should expect an e-mail from their team. No e-mail arrived. The Help screens link to unfound URLs. The e-mail receipt for my chat session indicated I could reply to that message to update my help request; however, my update in a reply message was returrned as being undelivered.
The enhanced features of AutoCAD Pro seem to be misrepresented; or is there a real technical basis behind the download snag?

That's an odd method of software install.
What works for us normal average "regular" customers/purchasers of Autocad360Pro subscriptions:
If you are under the impression there is a magical newer variant of the software somewhere other than the App stores on the specific devices then someone lied to you or your assumptions are invalid and not based on facts.
Note: these forums are predominantly viewed and accessed by paying customers like you and me. If you want to talk to the develper team directly you need to ask them for an email address and a phone number to call back.
