Greyed out options

Hi, I have autoCAD on the iPad, when I got to layout the scaling option is greyed out, how can I activate this option.

"greyed out" in general simply means the tool does not apply to what you may have selected, or there is nothing selected, or you are in the incorrect space. I can't tell from your post (with no screenshots) what the actual issue my be.
