DWF files not Opening On AutoCAD Ipad

We have been facing issues with opening DWG files on AutoCad Ipad Version. 

Files have been uploaded to A360. We log in to AutoCad Ipad and can see the files but when we open it we get a error message.

Ive gone through other forums and have check that there are no external references and they are all with the size limit. (less than 10mb)

your title says DWF, the autocadmobile app does not open these.

second: you need to upload your files here instead of "a360",it's the AutoCADMobile app's file manger https://client.autocad360.com/#/filemanager.html

The autocadmobile app never has and still does not play well with "a360".
