AutoCAD - DWG Viewer & Editor Tablet application font issues

Hi,

I have installed the above for a tablet so us who work here can access .DWG files when not near a laptop, however the symbols have completely changed compared to the Windows applications.

Has anyone experienced the same/similar issues? if so does anyone know if there is a fix for it.

It is a Samsung tablet, the app installed is the AutoCAD application from the google play store: AutoCAD - DWG Viewer & Editor – Apps on Google Play

For example:

It is now showing n instead of a radius symbol, v instead of a counterbore symbol etc.

@connor6JASB Are you asking about AUTOCADMOBILE online cloud app, or WEB app, and your "tablet" is running iOS or ChromeOS?

1) you're in the wrong user support forum, that is way over there https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/autocad-on-mobile-forums/ct-p/autocad-on-mobile-en I'll ask the admin to move your post once you reply back.

2) All of your fonts need to be uploaded to that cloud too as explained here https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Uploading-SHX-font...

@connor6JASB Read this https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Uploading-SHX-font...

if these are TTF fonts that are needed, you are just out of luck today in January 2026: you'll need to change the font in desktop AutoCAD first to an SHX font for your text symbols.
