Hatch for Mline Command

Hatch for Mline Command

Hi!!

When using the Mline Command it is possible to create parallel lines with a specific separation.

It will be very nice to be able to specify a Hatch within the lines to simulate the revit wall command. Since to do this you must first create the lines with Mline and then apply the Hatch, adding to the options would save the time to create each element separately, especially in construction plans where it is very common to generate walls and assign them different Hatch to simulate different thicknesses and types of wall.

I hope to vote for this idea, improve the performance of drawing plans, Users please consider this idea and Autodesk please consider this idea.

Since you are posting in the ideas station for a very different software program, probably not going to get on anyone's radar anytime soon.

Sounds like you are ready to upgrade from plain AutoCAD's limited way of drawing "walls" to a more focused walls-dedicated variant called AutoCAD Architecture or even REVIT? Worth exploring to find out.

Good luck.

If I know both programs but it seemed good to me that AutoCAD added a similar tool,

Thanks for your reply @pendean
