When I try to open a drawing already downloaded it says it is under maintenance and won't open.

So you are accessing the website, and not using the app. I'll ask the moderator to move your post to the correct forum.

In Google Chrome here in North America I have the same issue, so Autodesk must be updating the website. You will have to wait until they are complete. There is no posted timeline, so this could be tonight, tomorrow, or next year.

Test is daily.

This has been going on for almost a week. Some of the people using the same login can open the files and some can't.

I haven't use the web-browser version in over a month: you are posting in and I use the mobile apps in Win10 and iPAD only, and they've been working well this whole time.

Until they post a completion date on the website you have no control over it: welcome to cloud computing through a webbrowser.
