Wall Objects showing a "Symbol" I've never come across (Need Help)

Good Afternoon All,

I have recieved a file from an Architect who had used Wall Command (objects)

I've tried to edit object displays, i've scoured the internet and now I am here due to no luck discovering a fix. How do I turn these off without exploding the object?

These symbols are also plotting as well.
