Unable to see 3D model details in top view

Hi all

I have a 3d Structural Steel model that was converted from .ifc to .dwg in AutoCAD 2024 MEP. I need to edit the model to show certain parts of it to enable me to design a Fire Sprinkler System. When I view the Model in 3D or isometric I can see all the details and sizes of the the beams, purlins, braces and ties but when I view the Model in Top view there is either single lines where for example a 140SHS brace should be or nothing at all. I tried to explode all of the individual blocks for a 3D view but when viewed from the top there is nothing at all. What am I missing. Are there view settings??

I have done this for years and never had an issue and the Structural model has come from a source the I have used many many times.
