I was searching for any AutoCAD mep a sample and I found 0 project samples on the entire internet.

so, where are the relevant samples?
why autodesk seek was replaced for BIMobjects?
why BIMobjects deleted all autocad mep blocks?
why no one share their samples?
autocad mep is already deprecated in favor of revit?

If you installed them, you can access Autodesk's samples in the START tab:

No one else is going to share their own client drawings with a stranger, not anymore. Take classes if needed, most offer sample DWG files for your need.

then how Autodesk can sell their product if there is not any simple sample or example or any  publication.

I did not find anything in their samples, at least in my student version.

is AUTOCAD MEP deprecated?
on the internet, I just found 2005 samples, very very old. then Revit won the fight?

MEP is alive and well, but employers are paying top dollar for REVIT users: so you decide.

yes, I am thinking semi-death/Boycott to AutoCAD MEP was done for Revit, after one month trying to learn this program I did not find anything relevant, but I found AUTODESK upgrading REVIT with all their money

Autodesk killed "Autodesk seek"
Autodesk deleted all blocks inside "Autodesk seek"
AutoCAD MEP user migrated to REVIT
the lasted curses for AutoCAD MEP are for AutoCAD MEP 2010

Autodesk already is not updating AUTOCAD FAMILY

question for alive user: why Autodesk is doing this?

I do not understand why they are doing this, AutoCAD family is alive but Autodesk is killing him slowly, do not have sense, I know that REVIT is "better" but AUTOCAD has great potential, instant kill AutoCAD family they might fusion them and might be a great competitor to REVIT, and AUTOCAD MEP should be in the head.

Autodesk developers, please, bring us back our AutoCAD MEP.

well If that is not true, then I retract my words.

but I am not the sole one that thinks that. you just need to check other forums.

You should try Paul Aubin’s Mastering series of books for AMEP. He may have stoped the MEP series in 2014?

https://paulaubin.com/books/the-aubin-academy-revit-mep-2014/

You can download the books practice files, so you can pick it up at any chapter. If you are just learning, his books are a great source. There are also sites like CAdLearning and Linda.com that have courses with practice files.

As far as it being dead, I don’t see it. It seems to still be the go to software For the trades. At least HVAC, Plumbing and Electric. After years of the hype, of everyone switching to Revit, I’ve only seen a few. It’s very rare that one of the trades gives you a Revit file for coordination, or even an exported Revit file. Not to say that one day a lot of contractors will have to go “cold turkey”!

I’m not sure why the link I posted was for a Revit book? I was on the AMEP page when I copied the URL. The conspiracy to switch everyone to Revit is much deeper than I thought.
