Raster Design Menu and Ribbon present but icons missing and commands dont work in AutoCAD MEP

I have the Raster Design CUIX as an 'Partial Customization File' attached to my Enterprise.CUIX file. Raster Design pull-down Menu and Ribbon are present but icons are ? symbols and commands dont work ("Unknown Command").  Do I need to initiate the program somehow (upon launching AutoCAD MEP?)?

My other CAD is a Cadillac and I like to Revit to the Max!

Are you able to reinstall RD? That would be the next step, answer yes to replace files if asked.

Thanks Pendean. It does appear that the installation was corrupted. Unfortunately it was just a small portion of a very complex network deployment that had to be completely rebuilt, hence the delayed response. I literally just got it working 15 minutes ago, been working on it for the better part of 5 work days. Ugh. 

My other CAD is a Cadillac and I like to Revit to the Max!
